Parkinson S. Onolememen is the Principal Consultant and Founder of Reopac Construction Consultants Ltd. He has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in the execution of projects in both the private and public sectors in the UK, Ireland and Nigeria. With proven success in Construction Project Management and backed up with the academic background to multitask as both Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager.
He held several roles with top construction consultancies and international firms before establishing Reopac Construction Consultants. He leads the Project/Cost Management hands-on methods of delivering projects. He is also an experienced Estimator and a Cost Manager.
